MAHALAXMI can manufacture the tubes as per standards of various countries,
the most common being ASTM, SAE, DIN, BS, IS, EN etc. In addition to these
norms we can manufacture tubes as per customer specific demands like stricter
tolerances, heat treatment condition, surface finishes and final external
and internal surface conditions.

FINAL CONDITION OF TUBES
We can supply tubes in any customer required fixed lengths up to 30 meters
(highest in India albeit not in all sizes). Hydraulic tubes are generally
supplied in random lengths of 3 - 6 meters. Tubes can be pickled, passivated,
phosphated, zinc-plated, oiled or varnished for rust prevention. Finally,
they are stenciled at the ends and end capped.
OFF
THE SHELF (Ready Stock)
We keep large stock for immediate delivery in various sizes of DIN 2391
St 35 NBK tubes in commercial lengths of 3 - 6 meters. These tubes are
produced for hydraulic, pneumatic and fuel injection applications and
can be bent, flared or welded as needed. In addition we also keep semi-finished
stock of ASTM SA 179 heat exchanger tubes in sizes - OD 1” W.T.
12 BWG and OD 3/4” W.T. 14 BWG. These tubes can be finished and
supplied in required lengths in very short delivery schedules.
